Livestream Policies – For PPV Boxing Events
Live broadcast, no DVR
This is a true live broadcast — the same as watching ringside. There is no rewind, fast‑forward, replay, or DVR functionality of any kind during the livestream.
- Once a bout airs, it airs. You cannot pause and return to an earlier moment or skip ahead.
- You are responsible for tuning in at the correct time so you don’t miss your boxer’s bout. Use the official bout sheets and the real‑time schedule shown on the livestream player to plan your viewing.
- Missing a bout because you logged in late, stepped away, or lost your connection does not entitle you to a replay, credit, or refund.
- The posted first bell time is set by tournament administration and is an estimate, not a guarantee — the tournament may start earlier or later than posted, so plan to log in well ahead of the posted time.
Want to watch it again later, or share it with family who couldn’t tune in live? A permanent, professional keepsake recording of each bout can be purchased separately at the Parkway Video Store. It is not included with your livestream pass.
Schedule changes
Bout sheets and the order of events are tentative and subject to change without notice, including reordering, delays between bouts, and adjustments made by tournament officials on site.
- Your purchase covers access to the full broadcast for the day(s) or tournament pass you select — not a guarantee of when a specific boxer or bout will appear.
- Refunds are not provided for changes to specific participants, matchups, or the order in which bouts are shown.
Refund policy
Refunds: full cancellation or postponement only
Refunds are issued only if the entire event is postponed or cancelled. Outside of that circumstance, all sales are final.
Refunds are not available for issues related to your personal internet speed, Wi‑Fi, or device compatibility. Please log in during the scheduled pre‑show and test your setup ahead of time — this is the best way to make sure you don’t miss the action.
- Partial postponements (for example, a single ring or session being delayed) do not qualify for a refund on their own.
- If a qualifying full cancellation or postponement occurs, refund instructions will be communicated to purchasers directly.
Your setup
A strong, active high‑speed internet connection — Wi‑Fi or wired — is strongly recommended for the best HD experience. Cellular data connections may cause buffering or interruptions and are not guaranteed to deliver a smooth stream. Visit the Live Session Status stream before purchasing to test your device and internet connection.
Since this is a live, no‑DVR broadcast, connection issues on your end cannot be recovered after the fact and are not grounds for a refund.
Getting help
If you run into trouble during the broadcast, help is available in real time:
- Live chat support — use the chat icon on the livestream page for technical issues, password resets, or account access.
- Troubleshooting guide — visit the Troubleshooting Guide for quick fixes on playback and audio.
General terms
These terms apply specifically to this livestream boxing product. They work alongside, and don’t replace, Parkway Video’s site‑wide Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which govern your account, purchases, and use of the site generally.
By purchasing a livestream pass, you acknowledge that you’ve read and agree to the live‑only, no‑DVR viewing terms and the refund policy above.
