Livestream Troubleshooting Guide

System Requirements

  • Supported desktop browsers: Latest or most widely used version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge.
  • Mobile devices running latest Apple iOS, Android OS
  • Connection speed: Broadband Required (Minimum bandwidth speed of 500kbps)

Stalling or choppy video playback, Audio only streaming
Check your internet connection. A broadband connection with at least 500 Kbps is required for the best viewing experience.

Video image appears dark
Some moments of lighting blackouts may appear before or after a stage event. The video image will return when the stage lights are turned on.

On-screen message saying the event has not started yet
Check the scheduled start time for the event and verify the start time in your time zone.

On-screen message saying this event has ended
Many livestream events are only available during the actual live event. You may be able to find the event as a video product through the Parkway Video Store at https://store.parkway.tv.

Viewing Options

How do I view a video in full screen?
On a computer or tablet: Move your mouse over the lower right corner of the video player and click the expanding brackets icon to enter Full Screen mode. Press the ESC key on your keyboard to return to normal size. On mobile devices, the video is presented in full screen by default.

Can I watch the live stream on my TV?
The best way to enjoy the live stream on your TV is to mirror the display of your desktop or mobile browser through an HDMI cable. You can also mirror your display wirelessly using a Chromecast device or Apple TV. Using a Roku browser or Smart TV browser is not currently supported.

How do I request a refund?
Live stream purchases are non-refundable. We are happy to assist you if you are having trouble viewing the live stream. Simply press the chat button and we can help troubleshoot your issue. Technical issues and problems must be reported through chat or email before the end of the event.

How much is the live stream?
Pricing is listed on each event’s ordering page.

What payment methods are accepted?
Major credit and debit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. PayPal is also accepted with your account funds or bank account. You may also checkout via PayPal without an account using your credit or debit card. Apple Pay and Google Checkout are available on supported devices.

How do I purchase access to the live stream event?
New customers:

  1. Visit https://watch.parkwayvideo.com/.
  2. Select single day access or all access.
  3. Complete the checkout process and enter your payment details.
  4. Click the link on the thank you confirmation page, visit https://watch.parkwayvideo.com/live, or see the link in your order confirmation email.

When will I be charged for the live stream?
Your payment amount will be charged when you make your purchase. Live stream access is a single, one-time fee. You will not be subscribed to any service or have any reoccurring payments.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Live stream purchases are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled due to force majeure as outlined in the terms of service. If the event is cancelled, purchases will receive a full refund to the original payment method. An email notification will be sent when each refund is processed. Refunds may take up to four weeks to appear on your billing statement depending on payment method.

How secure is my payment and personal information?
All personal data is handled via SSL. Your payment information is used only for your one-time order. We do not store your payment information unless you opt-in during the checkout process.

Viewing the Live Stream

How do I watch each ring?
Each ring is presented as a separate full screen video feed. You can individually select a ring to watch using the on-screen options and pressing play.

When is my boxer going to be in the ring?
Each session is on a running schedule. For example, Bout #2 will immediately follow Bout #1 in that ring. You can keep up-to-date on current bouts in each ring by watching on-screen graphics in the video player. You can find links to available schedules and results on each live stream page.

How do I know what bout the event is on?
You can keep up-to-date on current bouts in each ring by watching the on-screen graphics in the video player. Due to schedule changes or ring availability, information or bouts may change quickly and without notice.

Where can I find the schedule and results?
Day schedules and results will be posted to the tournament promoter’s website. You can find links to available schedules and results on each live stream page.

What happens if I miss my boxer’s bout?
For a permanent recording, you may purchase a DVD or USB Flash Drive of the event. Refunds are not provided if you miss a bout. We recommend to begin viewing at the start of the session to test your connection and make sure that your device is working properly.

Account Access

I purchased, but am getting a “This content is restricted” message. What do I do?
Please make sure you are logged in from the Account page. If you purchased a single day access, this message will appear if it is an alternate day or before the coverage has started. Refresh the page closer to the coverage start time. You may also contact us at hello@parkwayvideo.com for assistance.

What if I forgot my username or password?
Your username is the email you provided at checkout. To reset your password, visit My Account or use the lost password link. You will need to enter the email address you used at checkout and access your email inbox to retrieve password reset instructions. What if my email address is incorrect?
Log in using your old or incorrect email address. You can update your information on My Account. You may also contact us at hello@parkwayvideo.com for assistance with accessing your account.

Can I watch from multiple devices?
Our system will only enable access to the live stream event to one paid customer per account user, from one device at a time. You may log out and log in with a different device to continue watching.

How I do resume watching the event later on?

  1. Make sure you are logged in to My Account.
  2. Visit https://watch.parkwayvideo.com/live/to resume watching the live coverage.

Live Stream Access

What time does coverage start and end?
Coverage begins at the start of each session as listed on the event overview. Please be aware that the posted time is the local time for the tournament.

Find the local start time for your area using a time zone converter.

I am unable to watch the event live. Can I view the event on demand at a later time or date?
No. Live stream events are viewable live, as it occurs. There are no DVR, time-shifting, rewind, or replay options. For a permanent recording, you may purchase a DVD or USB Flash Drive of the event.

Is this live stream available on VOD (Video on Demand)?
No. Live stream events are viewable live, as it occurs. For a permanent recording, you may purchase a DVD or USB Flash Drive of the event.

Can I order this live stream on pay-per-view cable? What channel is it on?
Live stream events are only available on the Internet through most PC, Mac, tablets, or mobile devices.

Are there any blackout regions or geo-restrictions for the live stream?
Live streams are available for viewing worldwide, provided that your payment can be processed and there are no Internet restrictions for your area.
